Who can become an Exposition 2024 volunteer?
Any catholic faithful between 18 to 55 years of age & who intends to offer their support
for the smooth functioning of the Exposition can become a volunteer.
How do you become an Exposition 2024 volunteer?
One needs to fill the application form to become a volunteer. Once the application is submitted,
the committee will scrutinize the applications & inform the applicants if they are selected. Once
that is complete, training sessions will be held with regards to the roles & responsibilities.
What will an Exposition 2024 volunteer be asked to do?
The volunteers who offer his/her services will be committed to the success of the exposition.
They will be given different tasks. Welcoming & assisting pilgrims, maintaining decorum of the
place, providing necessary information, assisting the sick and the elderly, other services as per
needs etc.
What documents are required to be an Exposition Volunteer?
Soft Copy of any Govt issued ID Proof will be required to be uploaded while filling the
application form. Volunteers have to make sure the ID shows their full date of birth.
Will volunteers receive a stipend or any other form of compensation for their services?
No. Volunteering is a completely free service offered during the Exposition. However, volunteers
will be served meals during their service and also a volunteer's kit will be given to them.
Is there an age limit to become a volunteer for the Exposition?
Yes. Only those who are 18+ can become volunteers. Also the maximum age limit is 55 years
Should the volunteers arrange their own food while volunteering?
No. Volunteers need not arrange for their own food or meals. Refreshments & meals will be
provided to all the volunteers.
Will training be provided for the volunteers?
Yes. Once the registration of the volunteers is complete, all volunteers will have to compulsorily
attend the trainings so that they know the tasks well. The venue & time of the trainings will be
communicated in due time.
