Civil Service Training Programme

Civil Service Training Programme

Civil Service Training is a process of socialisation and professionalisation of the Civil Service .

The inculcation of the right attitude towards the public and towards business should therefore be one of the principal aims of Civil Service Training.”

Most Rev. Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao mooted the idea of having the Civil Service Training for students of Schools affiliated with the Archdiocesan Board of Education .The purpose of the training was to help our students ‘to think critically and logically’. The school students cannot be trained to appear for the GPSC and UPSC exams at this level, as graduation is required to be eligible to appear for the said examination. The idea to start the training for students of three classes VIII, IX and X, and later on STDs XI and XII was to prepare their mindset towards the said goal, to motivate them and to refine their thinking and their attitude to persevere in their ambition.
