Cuncolim High School secures 1st place in March Past
Our lady of health high school, cuncolim (salcete), secured the first place at the state level March Past competition at the 61st Goa Liberation Day programme held at Goa University ground. The school received the trophy at the hands of the Hon. Chief Minister of Goa. Mr. Pramod Sawant in the presence of Hon. MLA of Cuncolim constituency Mr. Yuri Alemao.
The team was trained meticulously and arduously by their physical education teacher Mr. Kartik Lokapure. Mr. Kartik, is grateful to the manager of the school Rev. Fr. Edmund Barretto and the Headmistress Mrs. Sharmila Mascarenhas for their constant support in various sports and extra-curricular field activities all year round.
All together 12 talukas took part in the competition.
