Diocesan Centre for Social Communications Media Launches it's Social Media News Service

The Diocesan Centre for Social Communications Media (DCSCM), Goa, launched its Social media based News Service for the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman, on the Solemnity of Annunciation, 25th March, 2022, at the hands of Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao, from the Archbishops house.
Commenting on the launch Fr. Barry Cardozo, Director of Diocesan Centre for Social Communications Media (DCSCM) said that this is one more important step taken by DCSCM, GOA to connect the faithful of the Archdiocese with each other and with the world.
He also pointed out that even though DCSCM, Goa works in collaboration with secular media, keeping in mind the limited space available in secular media, it is a step forward towards having it's own, independent news service for the benefit of the faithful and general public.
He thanked the Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao for all his support and guidance. He also called upon all his fellow brother priests and lay faithful to collaborate willingly in this important and Church empowering endeavour.
