Speaking after the release, Br. Malvino congratulated Fr. • The origins and legacy of the historic Nossa Senhora de Bom Sucesso Chapel.
  • Detailed records of Diocesan priests ordained from Mandur—before 1758, between 1758 and 1967, and after 1967.
  • Current priests and religious from Mandur serving across the Church.
  • The role of Our Lady of Amparo School, the local music school, and other chapels in nurturing the faith community.
  • Insights into legacy Masses, a local tradition of remembrance and devotion.

Gomes’ deep personal bond with the village and his commitment to preserving its rich spiritual and historical fabric. “This is more than a historical record—it is the story of a community’s journey of faith,” he said.
