Nationwide Digital Signature Campaign Concerning the FCRA Amendment Bill, 2026

Following the successful observance of the National Day of Prayer and Fasting on 28th June 2026, the Joint Action Forum on Minorities (JAFM) has launched a nationwide Digital Signature Campaign urging citizens to support the withdrawal of the proposed FCRA (Amendment) Bill, 2026. The Forum has called upon churches, institutions, organisations, and individuals across the country to sign and widely share the online representation as part of preparations for the National Protest Day on 3rd July 2026. The campaign aims to strengthen the collective voice of the minority community before representations are submitted to the Hon’ble Prime Minister.

Kindly refer to the attached cover letter from the Council for Social Justice and Peace and the WhatsApp message received from the Joint Action Forum on Minorities (JAFM) for further details. The online representation can be signed using the link provided in the WhatsApp message.

Greetings from the Joint Action Forum on Minorities.
We sincerely thank each one of you for making the National Day of Prayer and Fasting (28 June 2026) a remarkable success. Churches, Christian organisations, institutions, and leaders across the country came together in prayer and solidarity, sending a powerful message in defence of constitutional rights and the withdrawal of the proposed FCRA (Amendment) Bill, 2026.
The next important phase of our movement is the nationwide Digital Signature Campaign and preparations for the National Protest Day on 3 July 2026.
We request every Core Committee member to kindly:
• Sign the digital representation.
• Share the link widely with your networks, churches, institutions, organisations, friends, and family.
• Encourage as many people as possible to join the movement by signing the representation.

Every signature strengthens our collective voice as we prepare to submit representations to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and intensify our nationwide campaign on 3 July 2026.
Let us continue working together to make the National Protest Day a historic and united democratic movement.
