The Novena and Feast of St. Francis Xavier will commence on 23rd November at 6:00 pm with Mass, followed by the traditional Maddi at the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Old Goa. The Novena will be observed from 24th November to 3rd December.
The Mass timings from 24th Nov through 2nd Dec are as follows:
In the mornings – 6.00am, 7.15am, 8.15am, 9.30am, 11.00am and in the evenings – 3.30pm, 5.00pm and 6.15pm (English).
On the feast day the masses will begin at:
3.45 am, 5.00am, 6.00am, 7.15am, 8.30am, 10.30am, the Solemn Feast High Mass 10.30 am, and continue in the afternoon – 12.15pm, 3.30pm, 5.00pm, and 6.15pm (English).
During the novenas, the 8.15am and 9.30am and 5.00pm Masses are allotted to the Deaneries. In the evenings at 3.30pm the Diocesan Centers will organize the liturgies. All masses are in Konkani, unless specified.
