THANKSGIVING DAY AT PASTORAL INSTITUTE
As a conclusion for the 46th Pastoral Enrichment Program, the Thanksgiving Day was celebrated at the Pastoral Institute, Old Goa on 28th March 2023. The invitees It commenced with the Holy Eucharist presided over by His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão and joined by the priests, deacons, staff of the institute, family members of the Pastoralites, Men and Women Religious of Old Goa Deanery and well-wishers of the Institute. All in solidarity thanked the Lord for the enriching experiences during the entire Pastoral Year 2022-23.
After tea and snacks, there was a short programme presented by the Pastoralites. It consisted of the welcome address by Rev. Fr Simião Fernandes, an instrumental, the annual report of the 46th Pastoral Enrichment Programme, choral piece, a skit titled – “Mhoje Pattlean Ieiat”, felicitation of the domestic staff, well-wishers and the parents of the Pastoralites. The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Fr. Elroy da Gama. The Thanksgiving Day ended with a fellowship meal.
