The Thomas Stephens Konknni Kendr, in collaboration with St. Aloysius (Deemed University), will organizing a National Symposium titled “Rediscovering Sixteenth-Century Local Language Literature in Goa: Texts, Traditions, and Historical Narratives.”
The event will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at the TSKK AC Hall in Porvorim, Goa.
The symposium features a keynote address by Dr. Kiran Budkuley, alongside paper presentations from:
- Dr. Annie Rachel Royson (Gujarat)
- Shri. Gokuldas Prabhu (Kerala)
- Jason Pinto SDB (Karnataka)
- Dr. Manoj Kamat (Goa)
- Dr. Milind Mhamal (Goa)
- Dr. Delio Mendonça S.J. (Goa)
Attendance is strictly restricted to pre-registered delegates due to limited seating.
