Welcome to the Apostolic Nuncio Leopoldo Girelli in the Archdiocese of Goa
The Apostolic Nuncio His Excellency Most Rev. Leopoldo Girelli, was welcomed at the airport by His Eminence Archbishop – Patriarch of Goa and Daman, Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao along with Vicar General Fr. Jose Remedios Fernandes, Archbishop\’s Secretary Fr. Loiola Pereira and Financial Administrator Fr. Noel D\’Costa. On his arrival at Archbishop\’s house His Excellency Leopoldo Girelli was again given a warm welcome by his Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao. A choral piece titled \’Salve Pater\’ expressing warm greetings to His Excellency was sung by the staff and members of bishop\’s house under the guidance of Fr. Romeo Monteiro.
In the evening His Excellency will pay a courteous visit to the Governor and the Chief Minister.
