The workshop on self esteem was organised by SVD Seminary RAIA.  Resource persons were Fr Dr Joaquim Fernandes and Mr Suren Kolkankar an International NLP Trainer. The participants included seminarians from Svd , Holy Cross and Carmelite Monastery also participants from Raia. A two hour workshop covered topics relating to Self Esteem such as beliefs , vision , purpose , thoughts and skills and behaviours.
