On 22 November 2022, Rev. Fr. Antonio Francisco Albuquerque of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman successfully defended his doctoral thesis titled “The Effects of Personality Disorders on Matrimonial Consent and Rotal Jurisprudence” at the Pontificia Universita Ubaniana, Rome, in the field of Canon Law. The moderator was Prof. Luigi Sabbarese, Relator I: Prof. Ernest Okonkwo, Relator II: Prof. Andrea D\’Auria.
