A free osteoporosis check-up and awareness camp will be organised at Loyola High School, Margao, on Sunday, 10th May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
The initiative aims to promote bone health and encourage early detection of osteoporosis, a condition that weakens bones and increases the risk of fractures. The camp will offer free bone health assessments along with expert medical consultation and guidance.
Organised by the Loyola Ex-Students Association (LESA) and powered by Pharmed, the programme seeks to raise awareness about maintaining strong bones through proper care, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
Participants will also benefit from health tips and professional advice, reinforcing the message: “Stronger bones, stronger life.”
The organisers have invited the public to take advantage of this opportunity for a free check-up and to become more aware of bone health for a healthier future.
