On the 15th of August, the Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady, the youth of Tivim Parish came together for a gathering named “Luminate.” The event began with adoration, conducted by the Parish Youth Animator, Fr. Ramiro Luis.
Following the adoration, the Parish Priest, Fr. Mariano Silveira, warmly welcomed the youth and expressed his joy at seeing those who attended.
The ice-breaking session, led by Blazel Pinto, brought cheer and energy to the gathering. The event’s resource person, Sr. Wendy Sequeira, was welcomed by the coordinator, Lygia D’souza.
Sr. Wendy addressed the youth, assuring them that they are “NOW of God,” emphasizing their importance and role in the present. Micole then animated the group with some action songs, adding a lively spirit to the day.
The gathering concluded with a message aligned with the theme of the year: “Go and Proclaim.”
The Animator lay up the plan of the Youth Ministry and drew goals for the pastoral year.
