SUMMONS BY EDICT
Whereas the present whereabouts of John D’Cunha, Respondent in the above Marriage Case, with last known address as 1) H. No. 121, Bandh Arady, Calapur, P.O. St. Cruz, Tiswadi, Goa – 403 005 or 2) H. No.890/1, St. Agostinho Marod, Lane 3, Opp. Abners Nest, P.O. St. Cruz, Tiswadi, Goa – 403 005, are not known, he is hereby summoned to appear in person before me, the undersigned Judge, in the Court-room of this Patriarchal Tribunal, at Archbishop’s House, Altinho, Panaji, Goa, on 12th October 2023 at 11.00 a.m., for his oral evidence.
Notice is hereby served that, if the above mentioned Respondent does not appear in person before me, the undersigned Judge, at the place, time and for the purpose as indicated, he will be declared absent from the process, which will then be conducted “ex-parte”.
Those knowing the above mentioned Respondent’s present whereabouts are required to bring this edictal summons to his knowledge.
