Release of the Archdiocesan Directory 2023 – 2024
The Directory of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman, 2023 – 2024 was released on 19th July 2023 by His Eminence Archbishop Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao at the Archbishop’s House at 4.00 pm, in the presence of the Secretary to the Archbishop Fr Loiola Pereira, Director of Diocesan Centre for Social Communications Media, Fr. Barry Cardozo and Communication Centre staff members Ms Janet Barcellos and Mr Romualdo Fernandes.
Archbishop Patriarch congratulated the DCSCM team for publishing the directory which is an important link within the Archdiocese. The information carried in the directory could be very helpful for any person, who is seeking information regarding the Archdiocese. These contact details could come handy for any Socio-cultural, educational, medical or religious purposes.
The directory is a rich compilation of basic information regarding all the Churches of the Archdiocese, Catholic institutions, priests and nuns, functioning in the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman, Educational institutions, Hospitals and dispensaries, Counselling centres, Social welfare organisations and groups, catholic movements and apostolates, Diocesan Centres etc.
The Archdiocesan Directory will be available in a few days, at various Parishes in Goa, at Archbishop’s House in the office of Diocesan Centre for Social Communications Media, Altinho, Panaji, at Light house Margão, Institute of Good Literature (Jivita Sondex) at Old-Goa Basilica, St. Paul’s Panaji and Mapusa, Bambolim Shrine and Central parishes in all Deaneries.
